Could you tell me what time check-in and check-out are?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
However, this may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check when booking.

Can I leave my baggage with you before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, you can. Please inquire at the front desk.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

You may check-in from noon or check-out by 2:00 p.m. but there will be an extra charge of ¥1,000 per hour.
Please inquire at the front desk for further information.

Does the hotel have a curfew?

There is no curfew. The front entrance is locked from 1:00 to 5:00 a.m.
Guests staying at the hotel can enter from the front entrance with the card key.
Please let us know over the intercom if you want to check-in or have any other business.

Can I send my baggage to the hotel in advance?

You may send your baggage to us in advance.

Can I send my baggage from the hotel?

We have a 24-hour pre-payment and cash-on-delivery postage service available from the front desk.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept cash and most credit cards.

Do you have a laundry service?

We do not, but there is a laundromat on the basement first floor.

Can I wear nightwear or slippers in the restaurant?

Please refrain from wearing nightwear or slippers in the restaurant.

Can I wear nightwear or slippers in the grand bath?

Yes, you can.

Can I wear nightwear or slippers at breakfast?

Yes, you can.

Could you tell me about breakfast, please?

The breakfast charge for hotel guests is ¥1,650 if you book one day in advance or ¥1,980 if you book on the day. Japanese and western courses are available.

Can I have guests in my room?

We are afraid that, for safety reasons, people staying at the hotel are asked to refrain from having guests in their room. Please meet them in the lobby or other permitted areas.



How far in advance can I book?

Telephone bookings can be made up to six months in advance. To book further in advance than that, please use our website or a travel booking website.

How do I book?

We recommend booking via our website.
We will soon be offering online booking-only special plans.

Can minors (16 years old and under) stay at the hotel unaccompanied by an adult?

Minors unaccompanied by an adult will require the agreement of a guardian to stay at the hotel, as per the instructions of the proper authorities.
Please submit a letter of consent to stay at the hotel (format is not pre-determined).
Please note that minors (16 years old and under) cannot stay at the hotel unaccompanied by an adult.

Do you have a cancellation waiting list service?

No, we do not. We can provide room availability information at any time, so please telephone us (TEL: 075-744-0144) to make a booking.

From when does the cancellation charge apply?

Please cancel your booking by 8 days before the date of your scheduled stay.
A charge will apply to cancellations made later than that.
The cancellation charges are as follows: 7 to 4 days: 10% of the total booking charge; 3 days: 20%; 2 days: 30%; previous day: 50%; up to 3 p.m. of the date of your stay: 80%; after that: 100%. You will incur a 100% charge if you fail to notify us.
If cancelling from an online booking website, adhere to that company's cancellation policy.

Do children stay free of charge?

You will have to pay for children from elementary school age. In the case of infants and pre-elementary school children, one child per adult (bed-sharing) stays free of charge.

Can I bring a pet?

We are afraid that guests may not bring pets with them.

All guestrooms have free Wi-Fi.

Do you have any smoking guestrooms?

All guestrooms are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking booth on the basement 1st floor.

What kind of guestrooms are there?

There are twin and double guestrooms, and guestrooms that can accommodate 3 or more people.

What kind of amenities are provided in the guestrooms?

Toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors, body towels, and cotton buds are available in the guestrooms.
There is an amenities corner on the first floor, so please take the items you require to your room.

Is there a refrigerator in the guestroom?

Yes, refrigerators are provided in all guestrooms. They are empty.

How about mobile phone chargers?

Multi-chargers are available in all guestrooms.

Do you have any baby cribs?

We have baby cribs that you may use free of charge. However, there is only a limited number available, so please apply in advance.

Do you have any bed guards?

Yes, we do. However, there is only a limited number available, so please apply in advance.

Can I open the window in my room?

The windows in the guestrooms cannot be opened.



Can people not staying at the hotel have the breakfast?

Yes, they can provided that they pay the charge of ¥2,200 (inc. tax).

What time is the restaurant open?

Breakfast is 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. The café is open from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The bar is open from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m.
*The café and bar are currently closed until further notice.

What kind of food and drink is served in the restaurants?

There is a set western or Japanese menu for breakfast. The café serves coffee, Japanese tea, and snacks. The bar serves local sake, cocktails and more.

Do you have a car park?

We do not have a car park. We can provide details of nearby car parks.

Do you have any vending machines or ice-making machines?

We have both on the basement 1st floor.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There's a convenience store about a 5 minute-walk away.

Is there a bathhouse?

Yes, the grand bath is on the first floor. It is exclusive to guests, who can use it from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.
Please take the towels provided in your room when using the grand bath.

Is the grand bath a hot spring?

No, it is not.

Can people not staying at the hotel use the grand bath?

No, they cannot.

I have a tattoo, so can I use the grand bath?

You may use the grand bath if your tattoo can be covered up with tattoo cover stickers.
These stickers (2 stickers measuring 8cm × 10.5cm) are distributed to guests free of charge, so please apply at the front desk.

Can I buy gifts and souvenirs in the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not have a souvenir or gift shop.

Can I access the Internet anywhere in the hotel?

You may access our free Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel.
